The property consists of two separate buildings; a Class A office tower built in 1986, and the historic 180 Sutter building built in 1915 and fully renovated in 1986. HCV & its investors acquired this historic Class B office building on Market Street & New Montgomery. Due to its attractive location, the building was repositioned into a Class A office building after substantial renovations in 1991. 625 Market Street consistently maintained a very high occupancy with creditworthy tenants. The building was sold in December 1999.
