HCV acquired this fully-entitled project in 1994 at a discount of its initial development costs because of its expertise in residential development & the seller's confidence in HCV's ability to secure financing, develop, market, & sell the project. All the homes were sold by early 1999. Madera del Presidio was the most successful residential project in Marin County in 1997,1998, & 1999.
